Team Leader Vacancies

Do you want to take your nursing and management skills to the next level in a supportive learning environment, and as part of an established multi-discipline referral centre?

Our Team Leader positions enable you to grow your specialist nursing and leadership skills whilst giving you the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Senior Management Team in determining the course of your department, and empower you to effectively manage and develop your teams.

Team Leaders at HSR are key in ensuring our team is providing excellent care to inpatients, pre and post-surgery and for non-surgical/medical cases, facilitating efficient workflow. Team Leaders also support the Clinical Services Manger with managing personnel needs, promoting learning and development and role-modelling our values. Our core ethos here at HSR is based on appreciation of our staff. Curating and developing a friendly, close-knit team is an central part of our working environment. Further qualifications and certificates are encouraged and fully supported as we feel strongly about our employees' right to enjoy work and develop rewarding careers.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years’ experience in referral nursing, ideally within the relevant discipline. Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential.
