Megan Rawbon

Megan began her education and career in Equine where she was given the opportunity to move abroad, working with a variety of horse and riders coaching them to success and gained a HE Diploma in Equine sports science.

On her return to the UK, Megan moved into Equine welfare where she continued to develop her passion for Equine psychology and science based training methods, centred around welfare and ethics.

After several years Megan moved into her previous role of Hospital Manager for First Opinion at Pride Park as part of the Senior Leadership team. Megan joined the HSR Senior Management Team as our Hospital Director in October 2024.

Megan has 3 wonderful dogs and 1 lovely horse who is now retired and lives a life of luxury. She is an avid crossfitter and horse rider. Megan spends most of her time outside with the dogs, horse and her partner.
