Ellie Hutchings

Prior to working at HSR, Ellie had her own pet care and dog walking business. She has also worked in retail as a Pet Care advisor and in hospitality. Following the completion of her Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management, Ellie decided it was time to take the next step in her career and join our brilliant team in our state-of-the-art referral hospital.

Ellie enjoys working alongside our vets and nurses, which allows her to learn new skills. She is  also excited to make a positive impact on the patients at HSR. Ellie chose a career in referrals as she is interested in learning more about specialist cases and surgeries and expanding her knowledge. She is also passionate about patient care and welfare.

At home, Ellie has two cockapoos, Lottie and Betsy, and a Hermanns tortoise called Ivy. Outside of work, Ellie likes to go on long walks with her dogs, and enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends.
