Hayley Carter

Before her passion for animal welfare lead her to changing her career, Hayley worked as a care professional for Dementia and Alzheimer patients. Hayley then moved on to working as a Dog Daycare Assistant, after which she joined the HSR Veterinary Care Assistant team to further her skills and knowledge – one of the main things she enjoys about her role, as well as getting to care for our lovely patients.

Hayley is looking forward to seeing more specialist cases and developing as a VCA alongside our brilliant teams.

Though Hayley does not have pets currently, she had a rescue Collie cross called Tilly for 11 years, whom she enjoyed training over the years. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys keeping fit, watching a series, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys horse riding and gaming.
