Fran Pontnoy

Fran started her veterinary career as a Veterinary Care Assistant right here at HSR! She then moved on to seek new challenges and take on her Veterinary Nursing Diploma, gaining experience within a general practice. In 2025, Fran decided it was time to take the next step in her nursing career, and rejoin the team at our specialist hospital.

Fran’s favourite thing about being a ward nurse is providing gold standard care to our lovely patients, and being able to see the progress they make whilst with us. Fran is fascinated by the range of cases we see, which allow her to continuously improve her skills.

At home, Fran has 2 cats of her own – Flo and Lara. In her free time, Fran enjoys socialising with her friends and family.
